Heal at Home provides Indiana Medicaid‑covered pediatric home health services for medically complex children who require skilled care in the home setting. Our services support children with chronic, congenital, or medically fragile conditions who depend on ongoing clinical oversight to remain safely at home with their families.

Care is delivered under a physician’s order and follows an individualized, family‑centered plan of care designed to support medical stability, developmental needs, and quality of life. Our interdisciplinary teams work closely with parents, physicians, specialists, schools, and care coordinators to ensure services are coordinated, consistent, and compliant with Indiana Medicaid requirements.

Heal at Home serves children enrolled in Indiana Medicaid programs, including Hoosier Care Connect and applicable Medicaid waiver programs, and may support respite services when authorized as part of an approved care plan.
